This section might not totally fit the general theme of this blog but I find it important to reflect on and talk about physical and mental health strategies to keep our bodies healthy and our minds strong. Since without any of that all other strategies, tips and hustles won't be of any success in the long run :) So once in while I will post something about habits, healthy tips and routines that I found a long the way I think might help some of you as well :)
